Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Help4 Net CDN services operated by Help4 Network. By enabling Help4 Net on a domain, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service scope

Help4 Net provides CDN delivery, POP routing, caching, and controlled origin fallback for approved web assets. Features and limits vary by plan.

2. Acceptable use and file restrictions

• Use is limited to lawful website content and approved static delivery use cases.
• Executable, archive, and compressed payload delivery can be blocked (including `.exe`, `.zip`, `.tar`, `.gz`, `.rar`, `.7z`, and similar formats).
• Content flagged as malware, abusive traffic tooling, or policy-violating payloads may be quarantined or removed.

3. Plan limits and enforcement

• Storage, transfer, POP count, and feature access are enforced per plan.
• Free storage can run at 250MB or 500MB depending on active eligible POP placement policy.
• If limits are exceeded, Help4 Net may pause uploads and/or fall back delivery to origin URLs.

4. Security scanning and suspension

• Uploaded and/or replicated files may be scanned by automated malware and security systems.
• If malicious content is detected, accounts or domains can be suspended pending review.
• Security events may generate support tickets and require operator verification before reactivation.

5. Availability and failover

Service is provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis. POP failures, network events, and third-party outages can occur. Help4 Net may route traffic to alternate POPs or origin to maintain continuity.

6. Billing and upgrades

Paid services are billed through Help4 Network billing channels. Upgrades, add-ons, downgrades, and renewals follow the applicable service terms shown at checkout and in the customer portal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Help4 Network and Help4 Net are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, outages, routing choices, or security enforcement actions.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
